This policy explains how Torq ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Torq mobile application and related services. By using Torq, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Torq is an automotive service platform connecting vehicle owners with local service providers, operated by Torq Group Ltd, Office 401, Corsican Square, London, England, E3 3YD, United Kingdom. Our registered contact is hello@gettorq.app.

Account information - when you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive a profile from that provider (name, email, profile photo).
Contact details - your phone number and country code, provided when you complete your profile.
Vehicle information - for each vehicle you add: make, model, year, registration plate, colour, and door count.
Booking data - service requests, appointment times, provider notes, your address or location for mobile services, and booking status history.
Location - with your permission, we access your device location to show nearby service providers. We also store addresses you enter manually when requesting services.
Usage and device data - IP address, browser or device type, and in-app activity to understand how the service is used and to detect abuse.
Push notifications - with your permission, we use a device push token to send booking and account notifications. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
Subscription data - if you subscribe to a paid plan, billing events are processed by RevenueCat and/or the relevant app store. We store subscription status but not your full payment card details.
